Whoever you are and wherever you are from, you are welcome to share in our worship in Guiseley and Esholt.  Our purpose is to share the Good News and love of Jesus Christ with all in our parish; to welcome those who respond, and to nurture faith. 

Special Events this month

Ascension Day Service at St Oswald's church is on Thursday 17th May at 7.30
(Motet: God is gone up - Hutchings)

Christian Aid Week 2012 will run from Sunday 13th May to Saturday 19th May inclusive. As usual, there will be door to door collections throughout the parish with Christian Aid's focus this year being on supporting various projects in Sierra Leone. The parish's Christian Aid Group will be organising the collection rotas and we are appealing for new collectors to volunteer to help with the work. If you are able to spare a couple of hours or so during that week, or you would like some more information as to what is involved, please contact Graham Siswick on (01943)  875620.

23rd May - Mothers' Union Coffee Morning & Bring and Buy - 10 until Noon at 37 Fieldhead Road

Sunday 27th May - Children from our Church day-schools will be admitted to Holy Communion on Pentecost Sunday at 9.30am, at St Oswald's Church. we are delighte to welcome these children into full communicant membership of the Church of Jesus Christ.
